The Weaver Rope Carrier is a latigo leather carrier that keeps rope in place on your saddle.
Features a clip and dee on one end and a slit in the other end. The dee end gets screwed into the saddle & the slit end goes over the saddle horn. When you want to use just take the slit end off & put rope through leather & reattach slit end to horn.
Measures 24" long and is 1/2" wide.
