This was a last-minute, spur-of-the-moment purchase that did not disappoint. The sold 1/2" rein has a very nice feel to it (if you like the 5/8" laced reins, you'll probably like this roping rein). I ordered the "Brown" color, and it is a dark chocolate with light knots that coordinates well with either brown or light oil headstalls. Scissor snaps are super convenient for quick changes.
