Constructed with specially coated, breathable 420 denier rip stop nylon. Seamless, one piece over the back construction. Gusseted at the shoulder to allow maximum freedom of movement. The soft nylon-lined shoulder deters rubbing. Fleece-lined withers, two-buckle front, crossing belly surcingles, and adjustable leg straps help ensure sheet stays in place. Complete with tail piece.

I bought three of these. Right away after receiving them I put them on two of my horses because of the rain coming in (the third horse was at a friend’s place). The rain came in, I checked my horses and they were both soaked and chilled. I immediately took them off and put the horses in until they were dry. These horses both have nice furry coats and I don’t like putting heavier blankets on unless the weather is super cold so I thought these rain sheets would be perfect for the bit of wet weather that we were going to experience, but this was a major disappointment.

My mare ended up destroying the back end it’s not the blanket it’s just my horse was too small for it at the time, it’s great for a backup blanket or for a youngster that will grow out of it in one season as it’s a lower price

I bought two of these in a 64 and a 72 for my horse as she was growing up and both have held up great! No leakage or tears. She is 5 now and I need to buy a 78 because her 72 is just too small now! Absolutely love this sheet because I can put it on my mare overnight at a show and not have to worry about having to clean stains out of her hair the next morning, I can turn her out in rain and she will stay dry and it keeps wind from passing through so she stays warmer. Definitely handy for these cool days when a midweight blanket is too much but you still need some warmth. Easily washable. Would 100% recommend. Perfect sheet at a great price.

Measuring For a Horse Blanket

Have your horse stand still (if possible!) on flat, level ground.

Measure from the center of your horse's chest around the shoulder at the widest part, to the center of the tail. This measurement is easiest to obtain with a soft fabric measuring tape.

This measurement - in inches - is your blanket size.
