I really love this collar. Unfortunately it's too big for the dog I bought it for. Her neck is 13" which was the top size for a small dog or bottom side for a medium. I should have bought a small, so I wanted to re-order, but it was out of stock so I went with a different style/pattern. Over all, the quality of the collar is EXCELLENT. It will make a nice gift for a friend with a dog it will fit.
