Made from 3/4" felt with a waffle neoprene bottom, this durable pad is no-slip and comfortable. The neoprene provides natural lubrication to prevent chafing, giving your horse a comfortable ride. It provides shock absorption and conforms to your horse's back for superior comfort and fit. In addition to the base layer of felt, this pad provides protection where it is needed most, the bars of the saddle. Heavy wear leathers help protect the pad to withstand everyday riding.

I have a very wide Morgan mare with NO withers. No matter what saddle I tried riding her in, it always slipped. I ordered this pad desperately hoping it would help. The first time I used it, it was like magic! No saddle slip, and my mare acted as though she was much more comfortable. Well worth the investment!
