Good fly mask

I bought several of these for horses ranging in size from a pony to a draft horse. I love the big eye feature because it does not interfere at all with the horse's eye. They fit well and have held up for about 3 weeks so far. They stay on, except when the horse decides to rub it off or another horse pulls it off. Great colors and easy to wash. I like them and they were a good price.

These fly masks stay on, are easy to put on, and are well made/. I was pleasantly surprised. True to size. I bought them for my whole herd and the horses are keeping them on all day.

I've tried several different fly masks and right now these are my favorites. They're lightweight, the bug eye version keeps the mesh out of their eyes/eyelashes, the mesh is very fine to keep the gnats out, and I always like the masks with the forelock holes. These have no velcro or zippers to mess with so easy off and easy on. They're colorful and fun and easy to wash and they air dry quickly. In my experience they run a little small so I get the horse size for my Arabian, and the largest for my Saddlebred who is about 16hh.

I bought this for one of my minis and he has a narrow face and is hard to find a mask that will stay on. He will not keep a fly mask on! Well this mask stays on and he does not mess with it. I like that it has a hole for his forelock and large eye holes that he can see perfectly. The lycra hasn't stretched out and is easy to put on. I will buy this again.

These masks are the best. I've bought many different masks from Chicks. This mask actually fits my quarter horse awesomely. All the others are too small. Very chincy on the material. But this particular mask fits a normal quarter horse head unlike the others. Also the darts in the 'bug eye's material are sewed in correctly so the mesh doesn't rub on the eye. 5 star mask!

Nice fly mask but very difficult to wash out stains, maybe because of the color? Fits nicely.

My horse is allergic to flies so a good fly mask is necessary all year. The Rugged Ride seems to last the best.

I have used many styles of masks over the years and these are the best. They stay on, keep bugs out, and are easy to put on. My double dilute needs the sun protection they afford. She has an ear thing but gives no trouble as she likes this that much.

I bought all bright colors so might be able to find them when lost in the firld. So far they are staying on! The good fit and comfort might have something to do with that.

My horse loves this! my horse developed an abscess around the throat latch, so I wanted something different than the traditional fly mask that had the Velcro strap underneath her chin so I ordered several of these in different colors. She actually turns her head towards me and lowers it so I can put it on when we’re through riding and I never find it off of her face around her pen. The only thing is because of it’s stretchy material Hay collects on her face, and then if she gets near any of the fencing, there’s a little pinholes and snags, but that is just part of the deal due to the material and I don’t know if it could be made stronger, and if that would change the feel that she seems to like.

I've always used the traditional fly masks with Velcro straps. But after years of the velcro getting filled with gunk and no longer staying closed, I figured I'd give the pull-on a try. I'm very pleased. Easy to put on. And they stay on. Additionally the big ol' fly eyes stay poofed out and don't bend in. After buying 2, I was so pleased that I bought 4 more. Couldn't beat the price!
