It can be worn with a bridle or halter and has convenient cut-out circles for your reins while riding.

Love this!!! I just got a horse who is wonderful in every way…except when it involves cinch area…leaning my body into that area while grooming, getting her saddle blanket or saddle on, movement of getting on bareback or with a saddle.
This totally solved the problem!!! I remain calm, reassuring her through all of that. She is doing the biting mode less and less each day. I love this product!!! Comfortable for her. Freeing for me.

I was so excited to get this riding muzzle. My horse is only 14H so when the grass is high in the spring he can't help himself but to try and catch a bit. I have tried everything believe me. Well, it came and here I was ready for a great ride in the tall grass and then I was so depressed. Apparently this mussel will only for if your using a snaffle. I ride with dog bone bit that has a shank. The muzzle will not s=wok with a bit that has shanks. Not sure now if I can even return it.

These seem to work very well! I ordered draft size and horse size. The horses size is heavier duty with much smaller screen for breathing. The draft is much more open and airy. I will be returning the horse size and ordering draft size for my regular horses as well.

We offer trail rides to the public so our horses have a lot of beginners on them everyday. So a few of the horses have taken advantage of the inexperience to stop and snack a bunch during the rides. These muzzles are game changers in keeping the horses focused on their task and not eating. Works way better than hair nets or grass reins. We use it on our Haflinger and Percherons and it solved the problem instantly!!

No matter what I did my horse would constantly try to eat while trail riding. This simple little piece of equipment has changed my relationship with my horse. I didn’t get frustrated with him one time today. I use it with a sidepull.

I love this muzzle for my 15’2 horse, so bought one for a 13’1 pony. I should have tried the horse muzzle first as the pony size was too small. I had to stitch on extra material to make the head strap long enough to go over his head. I was able to buy matching webbing material at a hardware store. The 4 stars is only because of the size issue, otherwise this style muzzle works very well for trail riding.

This soft, airy muzzle easily fits over a bridle and prevents snacking on grass or shrubs while you are riding. My horse's constant snacking habit was driving me crazy until we found this.

I’ve been looking for one of these for years. It is light weight and easy to put on and off. My horse was fixated with eating on trail rides. Every ride was a struggle. But with this riding muzzle, which he adjusted to within minutes, he is like a different horse. Instead of being distracted by grass and leaves, he is focused.

I need a large horse size! I have one of these and it is great for keeping a horse from nipping at another on the trail and keeps them from grabbing a snack too. I need to replace it. But a pony size won't do... Help!
