This is a well made, good looking item. The strap slings over the head and rests on the left shoulder, and the pack hangs in the middle of the back. Unfortunately, one cannot wear the bag resting on the right shoulder! The bag does not lie flat, flaps around and will only work with the zippered pouches rubbing against ones back. This appears to be a bag suitable only for left handed people! Hence only 4 stars rating.
