Rugged Ride STAY UP Fly Boots - Set of 4. Made from breathable mesh, these fly boots features 50% more sewn-in STAY UP technology. Our boots have 3 polymer stays while the leading competitor has only two. Rugged Ride STAY UP boots wrap securely with heavy-duty full length Velcro for durability and breakaway safety. Offers season-long protection and minimizes stomping and swishing by just simply keeping the flies off your equine's legs.
These leggings style fly boots have breathable mesh that does not allow biting flies to penetrate and eliminates botfly eggs from being laid, all while allowing air to circulate, which is especially comfortable for healing wounds. Your horse will be under less stress and have less leg fatigue and hoof cracks from constant stomping.
NOTE: Please refer to the sizing chart on measuring for the proper fit of these boots. The boots should be adjusted slightly smaller than the hairline at the top of the hoof, so that they rest just above the coronet band. This keeps the boot from sliding down over the hoof, preventing your horse from walking on the boots.

I wasn't sure what to expect from fly boots, but these do exactly what they say will do. They stay up and stay on. I have a super sensitive horse that can't stand the flies, and this makes turn out so much better. For both of us.

Pluto has been wearing his everyday since we got them on August 15, 2024.
The material had a very nice feel and the velcro is on steroids so I was impressed with the quality.
Definitely going to buy for the other horses! This was a gift for my daughter’s horse.
I hope there are matching fly sheets as each horse has their own color.

These fly boots, while tall and durable, so not stay on. My horse is constantly coming in missing one or two. The Velcro at the bottom does not stay attached and they are often half way off his leg and he’s stepping on them. I have never had issues with this same style in a different brand after three years of use. Going back to the other brand even though they are more expensive.

Perfect fly boots for my POA. These are the only brand I could get to stay on her. Velcro is strong, they clean up nice and easy, and they do the job, way less stomping.

These boots are super nice quality! The velcro is really strong unlike some other brands I’ve seen friends use. They don’t heat up my mares legs which I was skeptical about that at first since our summers get pretty hot. Highly recommend! Just need to get her a matching fly mask now🤪

The flies at my barn this year are plentiful and biting, driving my horse a little crazy because fly spray only works for a short time. Although, it took him about two weeks to adjust to the back fly boots they definitely keep the flies off the bottom of his legs. There is a wide velcro strip for attaching them, so he has not been able to take them off. They seem to be sturdy enough to last through more than one season.

I purchased two pair and they pretty much stay on 24/7 when not working or riding. These have been the BEST thing. I purchased the light blue and the red for two different geldings. They stay up and are easy to clean. They do not rub and are a great fit. I'd heard of others collecting dirt and mud in theirs but I've had zero issue with this. I will be ordering many more pairs of these.
