Our waterproof tough outer layer, with deep shoulder gussets and tail guard are ideal choice for horses while being turned out. Crossover surcingle's, leg straps and quick clips provide a secure fit and allows for freedom in movement. The quick clips give you two points of adjustment, two sets of dees are provided to clip on to and each chest strap is adjustable with buckles. Our Pro-Trainer Turnout Blanket is waterproof and breathable, featuring a 1200 denier ripstop outer layer with a heat embossed taffeta inner lining. These blankets come in a variety of polyester fills, from 0g - 300g, each with a different colored trim. The front quick clips have adjustable straps and are equipped with 2 dee rings to give this blanket two points of sure-fit closure. Shoulder gussets, two crossover surcingles, removable leg straps and a tail guard allow for a secure and comfortable all day fit. These blankets come with a detachable neck in matching blanket colors.
Measuring For a Horse Blanket
Have your horse stand still (if possible!) on flat, level ground.
Measure from the center of your horse's chest around the shoulder at the widest part, to the center of the tail. This measurement is easiest to obtain with a soft fabric measuring tape.
This measurement - in inches - is your blanket size.
